Lego Time Tracking?

This idea came to me via my favorite productivity site, Lifehacker, and when I saw it I immediately thought that it seemed like a great adaptation for someone with autism who needs to think of time in a more concrete, touch-and-feel, way than on a calendar.
Michael Hunger needs to bill time for clients but traditional time-tracking methods (software, etc) weren't working for him. He came up with a way instead to do his time tracking with Lego bricks that are color coded! (Check out the link for lots of photos and descriptions of how it works and how he uses it - it's a really neat idea.) It is an innovative solution that works for the way he thinks (although I have no idea if he has a spectrum disorder), and is a great illustration of the sort of adaptation that could make the workplace more livable for people on the spectrum.
